Terms of service

All pieces are custom made and upon order.  With a confirmation email sent listing items purchased and delivery address provided.

The normal 'make' time is 7-10 days and once completed is shipped via TNT fully insured guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Tracking details are forwarded to the client indicating an accurate ETA. If a delay is expected clients are kept informed.

Partial deposits are available with outstanding amount due prior to delivery.

Great care is held for all clients and purchases made from the Ric Steininger Gallery. With a high level of customer satisfaction sought from initial contact all the way to the final receiving of the purchased item. This is further extended to a life-time warranty replacement against any discolouration or fading ... ensuring years of enjoyment.
