Refund policy

Please choose carefully as generally there are no refunds.

Upon receiving an order a confirmation email and text is sent including a JPG of the image chosen, sizes and delivery address. Once the information is confirmed the order is completed.

In the unusual circumstance where a manufacturing fault may have been found the purchased item is fully replaced without question.

Under extreme circumstance a refund may be possible. Please ensure all original packaging is retained, photographic evidence may be required prior to acceptance. An $80 freight charge will be offset against any refunds.
