Shipping policy

All items purchased are shipped fully guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. 

Damages caused during transit is fully covered and insured. If an item has been damaged it is replaced without question. This guarantee is both in the form of insurance as well as a personal guarantee by the artist.  

Polycarbonate acrylic glass is a near indestructible material. But if under unusual circumstances your piece was to arrive in an imperfect state a replacement would be immediately ordered and sent upon notice. In case of an insurance claim please keep all packaging; photographing 'evidence' of damaged portions of the box and item.

NB: Upon receiving please ensure to open immediately checking for any damages. Insurance claims generally need to be made within a few days.
